WHY A WOOD FIRED GRILL? All of our steaks, ribs and hamburgers as well as special select items such as the fresh salmon are grilled on our special wood fired grills. In our grills, we use local hickory wood. The burning of this wood is the only heat source used to cook the wood fire grilled items. Our grill creates a unique smokey flavor you won’t get with a traditional grill.
